AMEx engages Dr. Banchig to conduct La Cruzada exploration

Salta Capital, Salta Province– September 20, 2021 – Andes Mineral Exploration S.A. (“AMEx” or the “Company”), a Salta-based prospect generator in the “Puna Plat-eau Prospective Region” and exploration company, is pleased to announce that it has engaged Prof. Dr. Banchig to conduct Phase I of geological exploration and prelimi-nary geochemical sampling of the La Cruzada Prospect, a miocene-belt high-sulfidation epithermal Au+Ag and porphyry Cu+Au target.

Lic., Dr. Banchig is a professional Geologist with more than 20 years of experience in geological research and teaching at the CONICET and the National University of San Juan with special focus on Geology and Geophysics. Outside the academy Mr. Banchig has worked as independent professional in the mining and O&G industry for several decades. He spent years a consultant in the Neuquén basin (Argentina) and the Gulf of Mexico (3 years) while continuing his teaching activities at the UNSJ. Mr. Banchig is a trained and well-experienced High Mountain and Trekking Guide, able tp perform exploration tasks in the most demanding terrains and conditions.

La Cruzada is located about 14km SW from the Socompa high mountain International Pass (at about 3.900m (12,800ft) above the sea level) on the Argentinian-Chilean bor-der. During the June Expedition to the Laguna Tecar, AMEx has recovered a mineral-ized float chip rock sample from southeastern flank of the Tecar Mountian within the La Cruzada property. The company is following up on the initial discovery success in the coming exploration seasons.
